Class, Sept 5

Don’t forget to dress appropriately for lab Thursday.  And bring your calculators so that you don’t lose points!  You must bring them EVERY class (see your syllabus that you already signed).

Check the “In Class” page to see exactly what we will be doing!  See you soon!

Week 2 Homework

Students- Thank you for all your participation yesterday. The more you can make your brain connect to the material in class, the more things will make sense at home.  And of course, ask questions when you have them.

As we looked at yesterday, your second week of homework is posted.  Let me know if you have any questions!

Class #29, Bring bowls!

invisible-inkHey Kiddos,

Remember to bring your bowls back tomorrow!  Tomorrow is our last regular class.

Next week will be our final exam in class.  You will need a pencil and calculator.  You may also bring a snack to share.

One last thing… after May 2, you may unsubscribe (at the bottom) from these mailings, unless you just want to continue hearing from me :).

– Mrs. Jill

Class #23

Parents and Students,

Please remember the following things for class tomorrow:

  • Calculators!  Remember that bringing calculators to class is part of your homework grade.  More importantly, you can not practice working the problems without  a calculator.
  • We will be reviewing in class a little for the Final Exam tomorrow.  Remember to have all your old tests neatly organized in your notebook for quick access!  These are all posted on the website on the homework page if you need to reprint any of them. (Tomorrow is class #23.  Only 7 classes after that, and only 6 before the exam!  Come prepared tomorrow.)
  • Be sure to bring the worksheet from last week to class tomorrow as we will be finishing that up in class.  Go to last week’s homework to reprint this.
  • No Bridge classes March 18-22 for Spring Break.

See you tomorrow- prepared and ready to go!

Molecular Geometry

Thanks for the hard work today!  I think you’ve got the hang of drawing these shapes now.  Don’t forget that you will have a quiz on the first three columns of today’s geometry table next week, January 24.  See you then!
